I have claimed a bonus. Why is my deposit is being used to place bets?

Certain promotions will use your deposited funds first before using your bonus. You can view any conditions of a promotion or bonus in the Offers & Rewards section of your account.

Log in and go to offers

On this page, you'll see a status bar showing how much of your deposited funds you’ve wagered. Once you’ve received the bonus, you can view your wagering progress from here.

Any winnings generated from your deposited funds will reset the counter to receive the bonus.

Here’s an example for you. You’ve opted into a Deposit, Stake and Get bonus.

You placed a bet of £3 on a casino game and received £5 in winnings.

The £5 in winnings will be credited to your balance; however, you will need to bet a further £3 to receive the bonus. This process will repeat until the deposited amount has been depleted.
