How long does it take to verify my account?

Verification time frames can vary and our dedicated team work diligently to complete this process as quickly as possible. Once we receive the necessary documents, it can take up to 5 working days to complete your verification. 

To help speed up the process, you can submit: 

• a valid provisional or full UK driving licence; or 

• a copy of your passport, along with a copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement (no older than 3 months old).
