How long does it take to verify my account?

Account verification time frames can vary, but rest assured, our dedicated verification department is diligently working to expedite this process as swiftly as possible. 

To help streamline the verification procedure, please submit a provisional or full UK driving licence. You can also submit a copy of your passport (data page and signature page), along with a copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement (no older than 3 months old) to complete verification. 

Your cooperation ensures a seamless verification process without any unnecessary delays. Once we receive the necessary documents, we aim to complete the process within five working days.
