1. How do I log in?

Simply click on the "Log In" icon at the top of the Lottoland page, enter your registered email and password.

2. Why am I being asked to enter a 6-digit code when I log in?

To keep your account secure, a 6-digit code is required to confirm your identity. Reasons for security checks:

  • 1. Using a new device.
  • 2. Cleared browser cookies.
  • 3. Private browsing mode.

Email verification is a form of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for extra protection. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email along with your password to access your account.

3. I haven't received the 6-digit code?

Check your spam/junk folder. Request a new code by repeating login steps and ensuring email correctness.

4. Why don't I always receive a code?

On recognized devices, email verification isn't always required, streamlining secure access.

5. Received a code without logging in?

If you receive a code without logging in, change your password and contact Customer Service.

6. How to change my email?

  • 1. Log in.
  • 2. Go to "My Profile".
  • 3. Tap "Edit" in Account Details.
  • 4. Update email address.
  • 5. Tap "Submit" to save.

7. What is 2FA?

2FA adds extra security, requiring SMS or Google Authenticator App codes alongside passwords. Default email verification is used for new devices.

8. Is email 2FA secure?

Email verification is secure but stronger options include a robust password and 2FA on your phone.

9. How to reset my password?

  • 1. Open login form.
  • 2. Tap "Reset Password".
  • 3. Enter email.
  • 4. Tap "Send reset link".
  • 5. Follow the email link to reset.

10. How to update my password?

  • 1. Log in.
  • 2. Go to "My Profile".
  • 3. Tap "Edit" in Account Details.
  • 4. Enter old password.
  • 5. Type new password.
  • 6. Tap "Submit".
