I have relocated outside of the UK and now I cannot access my Lottoland account

If you have relocated outside of UK, we can change your country in 3 easy steps!

  • 1. Take a picture of a recent utility bill or official document from the country you now reside in (maximum of 3 months old).
  • 2. Take a picture of this on your phone.
  • 3. Send the picture to our customer support team who will assist with changing the country on your account.

Please note that you will need to use another Lottoland website, depending on where you reside, our friendly customer support team will inform you about this.
