Can you delete my personal information?

At Lottoland, we can delete your personal information after 5 years of account closure. You can start the process by closing your Lottoland account in your profile. 

Log in and go to profile 

1. Select Edit in the Account and Safer Gambling Status area 

2. Select Close account 

3. Select Submit 

Please note that you cannot close your account if you have: 

• any remaining balance 

• active lottery subscriptions or 

• open bets on your account. 

We suggest withdrawing your remaining balance, cancelling your auto-renewals and waiting for any bets to complete before continuing. 

 
After 5 years, our data protection team will automatically delete your personal details.
