Can you delete my personal information?

At Lottoland, we can delete your personal information after 5 years of closure. You can start the process by closing your Lottoland account in "Profile".

1. Navigate to "Profile".

2. Click on "Edit" next to "Account and Safer Gambling status".

3. Select "Close Account".

4. Confirm your closure by clicking on "Submit".

Once 5 years have expired, our data protection team will automatically anonymise your personal details.
