How can I close my account?

You can close your account in 3 easy steps:

• 1. Navigate to "Profile".
• 2. Click on "Account and Safer Gambling Status".

• 3. Click on "Close account" and save your changes.

Please bear in mind that you cannot close your account if you have any remaining balance, active lottery subscriptions, or open bets on your account. If you wish to close your account, please contact Customer Service team here.
