  • 1. Click the menu icon.
  • 2. Select History.
  • 3. Choose Clear recent history.
  • 4. Click on Details.
  • 5. Select Cookies and Cache.
  • 6. Click Clear now.

  • 1. Go to More touls.
  • 2. Choose Clear browsing data.
  • 3. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  • 4. Click Clear browsing data.

Safari

  • 2. Select Privacy.
  • 3. Click on Details.
  • 4. Choose Remove All.

  • 4. Choose what to clear.
  • 5. Tick 'Cached images and files' and 'Cookies and other site data'.
  • 6. Click Clear now.

If you're using our mobile app, close it completely and reopen it. Alternatively, try accessing your account from another device to see if the game works there.
