Why are my winning funds not showing?

A wagering requirement, commonly known as a betting rollover or rollover requirement, is a condition often associated with bonuses and promotions provided by online casinos and sportsbooks.

Verifying whether you've met the wagering requirements is crucial before the funds appear in your cash balance. 

To do this, log in and view your bet history. Search for the relevant bet and select the arrow to expand and view the bonus details.

To view the details elsewhere, you can do so through the Offers & Rewards section. There, you'll find the details of your bonuses and can review the status and confirm if the wagering requirements have been met.

Once you've met the necessary requirements, the bonus funds can be transferred to your cash balance.
