Can I cancel my Self Exclusion or Time Out?

We're unable to cancel any self-exclusion or time-out request so your account status will remain unchanged for your chosen duration. 

 

If you selected to take a time-out, your account would automatically reopen after the closure duration ends. 

 

If you selected to close your account with a self-exclusion, you'll need to contact us via live chat or through our contact form to discuss your reopening request.
