Why is Cashout unavailable?

Cashout availability isn't guaranteed, but we strive to offer this option whenever possible. Once you hit the Cashout button, our system quickly checks if your bet is eligible. You'll be asked to confirm the Cashout twice. It's available only for certain bets and markets, and the amount received is based on the actual run of play.

If you can’t see the Cashout option:

- The option may be temporarily suspended during major play events, such as penalties or VAR checks.

- Once the market stabilizes, the Cashout button usually reappears automatically.
